50% BONUS for Condensing Boilers

The ENEA notification for the 50% bonus for condensing boilers (class A or higher with advanced thermostats) is mandatory and must be submitted within 90 days of completion of the work. It includes the beneficiary's details, property, boiler type, and energy savings.

• Expiration: Within 90 days of completion of the work (testing). For work completed by the end of 2025, the deadline is usually March 31, 2026.
• Where to send: Exclusively through the online portal https://bonusfiscali.enea.it/ Bonus Fiscali – ENEA.
• Interventions involved: Replacing your boiler with a condensing model (class A or higher + advanced thermostats) leads to energy savings.
• Necessary documents:
  • Personal data and tax code of the beneficiary.
  • Cadastral data of the property.
  • “Talking” invoices and bank transfers.
  • Technical data sheet for the new boiler.
• Procedure:
  1. Register on the ENEA portal.
  2. Enter the required data in the intervention description sheet.
  3. Check and submit the declaration.
  4. Print the receipt (CPID code) and the signed form. 

Failure to notify, while not automatically canceling the deduction, is a necessary requirement to benefit from the 50% deduction (or the Ecobonus).
