50% Bonus for Replacing Windows with Insulating Glass

The ENEA communication for the 50% bonus on windows (replacement with insulating glass) must be sent electronically within 90 days of the end of the works via the portal bonusfiscali.enea.itIt is necessary to complete the descriptive form by entering personal and land registry data, technical data sheets for the new fixtures, and the details of the relevant bank transfers. 

Documents and data required for the ENEA application:

• Beneficiary Data: Name, surname, tax code and address.
• Property data: Address, cadastral data (sheet, parcel, subaltern).
• Intervention Data:
  • Completion date of works (testing).
  • Number and total surface area of ​​replaced fixtures$$).
  • Thermal transmittance values ​​of old and new window frames.
  • Frame type and glass type.
• Economic Data:
  • Total cost of the project, including VAT, professional services, and installation.
  • Bank transfer data (date, amount, CRO, ordering and beneficiary tax codes).
• Technical Data Sheet: Technical data sheets for new windows and doors provided by the manufacturer. 

Submission procedure:

1. Register or log in to the bonusfiscali.enea.it portal.
2. Selezionare “Bonus Casa” o “Ecobonus” a seconda della pratica (generalmente Bonus Casa per infissi).
3. Inserire la “scheda descrittiva dell’intervento”.
4. Firmare digitalmente o stampare e firmare la dichiarazione.
5. Inviare la documentazione e conservare la ricevuta email (CPID). 

It is mandatory to pay via speaking bank transfer (or bank/postal) specifying the reason for the bonus, the beneficiary's tax code, and the company's VAT number.
