ECOBONUS Replacement of Windows and Doors

• Beneficiary and Property Data:
  • Tax code, personal details and contact details (telephone/email).
  • Cadastral data of the property (sheet, parcel, subaltern).
  • Full address.
  • Property type (condominium, single-family).
  • Estimated year of construction.

• Technical Data for Windows (provided by the window fitter):
  • Technical data sheets and CE certifications of installed products.
  • Value of thermal transmittance (λ) new window frames.
  • Total surface area and dimensions of the windows.
  • Frame and glass type (e.g. PVC, wood, double glazing).
  • Number and type of old fixtures replaced.

• Economic Data and Jobs:
  • Start and end date of works.
  • Copy of invoices.
  • Copy of "speaking" bank transfers (reason for payment, beneficiary's tax code, supplier's VAT number).
